狀況咧解：
法務 從公司信箱 A＠tahoho.com.tw 寄到退輔會信箱 B@mail.vac.gov.tw ，對方疑似設定轉寄信件到 他的gmail信箱 C@gmail.com
結果我方A收到退信通知，並且對方不只是 C收不到信，連B也收不到
依照收到的訊息，Gmail 伺服器回應，tahoho.com.tw的寄信IP並不是210.241.78.245，驗證不通過。
經檢查，我方網域已經有設定SPF及DKIM的驗證。並且210.241.78.245也非我方的ip，
可能的問題點在於對方設定轉寄信件，造成轉寄信件來源端仍然是tahoho.com.tw，但是寄件的IP卻變成對方的網路IP
造成Gmail接收伺服器驗證比對網域名與寄件伺服器IP不匹配
所以檔掉
解決方式：
已經與收件者聯繫，請對方先取消轉寄這個設定。
經確認，對方取消轉寄這個設定後，就可以收到我方的寄過去的信件。
